1. SHIPPING
1.1 Shipping methods
Your products are sent through the courier companies “ELTA Courier” at your door. Alternatively, when completing the order, you can choose to pick up your parcel in person from any of our stores, after telephone notification.
Shipping cost – 2.60€ up to 2kg + 0.90€ for each additional kilo.
The following also apply:
a) Immediate delivery from 1 to 3 working days.
b) In case of change-return of the products, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
1.2 Delivery Time
Your order is confirmed within 1-2 working days, depending on the day and time of order submission. In case of shortage, you will be informed immediately of the final delivery time.
Orders received on public holidays start processing the next business day, from where you start counting the estimated delivery time. The above mentioned delivery times may be modified in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (eg nationwide strike of coke transport workers).

Payments are accepted using the credit, debit as well as prepaid card of all Banks belonging to the following brands, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover, Spenteo, Ticket Compliments Gift Card as well as using the electronic wallet Masterpass Master.

You can repay in up to 12 interest-free installments depending on the purchase amount.
